Who will we share your personal data with? 

We do not routinely share personal data unless it is required by law or is required to identify or prevent crime or fraud. 

How do we protect your information? 

We will do what we can to make sure we hold personal data in a secure way, and we will only make data available to those who have a right to see it. Our security measures include controlling access to our digital and hard copy data, training for our staff on how to manage data, ensuring continued access your data should something go wrong, and our systems not work, and regularly testing of our technology and processes. 

Overseas Processing 

We do not process any data outside the European Economic Area. 

How long do we keep your personal information? 

We will only retain data for as long as we have a business need to do so. Typically we will retain customer and staff data for seven years then securely destroy it.
